You are invited to join Barb Gilligan and her family for the interment of Colonel (Retired) Francis "Fran" Gilligan, who passed away on July 6, 2024, followed by a celebration of his life.

On 31 March 2025 at 10:45am, Colonel (Ret.) Gilligan’s memorial will be held at the Joint Base Myers-Henderson Hall Old Post Chapel (204 Arlington Ave). Following the service there will be a procession through Arlington National Cemetery for a graveside service including full military honors.

After the service, you are invited to attend a reception at Spates Club & Community Center, 214 McNair Rd, Ft Myer, VA.

For individuals not possessing a military active duty or retired ID card, please request online access at https://pass.aie.army.mil/jbmhh/ or arrive early at Joint Base Myers-Henderson Hall to accomplish visitor entry procedures.
