This is a save-the-date notification for the upcoming 2025 Command & Chief Paralegal New Development Course scheduled for 2 - 6 June 2025, at The Judge Advocate General's School. This course focuses on strategic and operational level Paralegal training, leadership, and legal updates for U.S. Army Command Paralegals, and select Chief Paralegals based on their duty assignment and level of responsibility. The curriculum for this course is developed by the department, in coordination with the JAG Corps Regimental Command Sergeant Major, to advance The Judge Advocate General's strategic objectives for paralegal support to the Judge Advocate General's Corps.  

This course is by INVITATION ONLY. The approval authority for enrollment is the JAG Corps Regimental Command Sergeant Major. Paralegals in the grade of E7 - E9 who are serving in Command or Chief Paralegal positions, civilian paralegals in the grade of GS-11 or above, or military personnel from other services with equivalent grade and specialty will be considered for invitation to the course. Invites will be sent by 25 April 2025
