Special Education

Legal Assistance is available to assist eligible Servicemembers and Families with special education information and advocacy.

Army Families with exceptional children may face unique challenges. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.  Our Army Legal Assistance Attorneys are trained in special education law and available to assist Army families. The specially trained Army Attorney will help guide you and determine the legal resources available based on your unique circumstances. Education and services can begin at birth if your child has special needs, and an individualized education plan may be appropriate.
