Greetings, JALS Family!

Today marks LTG Charles Pede’s last day serving as our TJAG, and brings to a close his 37 years of service to our Nation. We truly appreciate the leadership, stewardship, direction, and support he has provided to our Corps over the years. As such, it is extremely difficult to say goodbye. We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to serve with him throughout his career, for all he has done to improve our organization and the professional manner in which we deliver a wide range of legal services, and for the many memories we have made with him.

As he retires from his long, proud, and honorable service to our Army, he will join the ranks of the many lifelong Ambassadors of our Regiment. Forever part of our JAG Corps Family, we wish him, his wife, Anne, his son, Nate, and his entire family best wishes in their future endeavors and, we make a promise to him that we will forever, “Be Ready!”
