General Guidance: The 21st Basic Intelligence Law Course (BILC) will be held 28 July – 1 August 2025 at TJAGLCS, Charlottesville. This four-and-a-half-day course is intended primarily for judge advocates and government civilian attorneys who are new to the field of intelligence law and who are assigned or pending assignment to a billet where the attorney will be advising on intelligence and intelligence-related activities. This course will be held at the SECRET and TOP SECRET levels. Another announcement will be released when applications open (about 6 – 8 weeks prior to 28 July 2025).
