CPT Chip Ladd, CPT Andrew Rouchka, and CPT Faisal Akhter score a second place win at the 2013 USAG Stuttgart 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament.  When presenting CPT Akhter with the award, Mr. Mabry proudly exclaimed, "Everything is better in Stuttgart!"  CPT Ladd and CPT Rouchka politely nodded in agreement.
