The Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS) is the Army’s sole* office processing claims for loss or damage of tangible personal property under the Miliary Personnel and Civilian Employees Claims Act (PCA) for our claimants worldwide.

The mission of the CPCS is to administer the Army’s personal property claims program in accordance with the PCA and other authorities.  To file a personal property claim, go to https://www.JAGCNet.army.mil/Pclaims. For questions, you may contact CPCS by email at usarmy.knox.hqda-otjag.mbx.cpcs@army.mil.

The CPCS does not provide advocacy on behalf of claimants or other interested parties.  If you are having trouble with your PCS move and/or are still resolving a claim with your Transportation Service Provider (TSP), the CPCS may only provide you with procedural guidance.  Claimants will be referred to the office at USTRANSCOM responsible for administering the contract-based rules applicable to your concern and/or claim with the TSP.

*For any claims filed before 5 July 2017, or for general claims information, please contact your installation’s Office of the Staff Judge Advocate or legal office.
