On 6 June 2025, at a special court-martial convened at Fort Cavazos, TX, SGT Jottin M. Matos-Macdonald, U.S. Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his pleas, of one specification of larceny of government property, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be confined for 31 days and to receive a written reprimand. The sentence was consistent with the terms of a plea agreement.
