Information Technology Division (ITD) service desk

In many cases, the ITD service desk is not the proper resource to resolve your issue
ITD supports the JAGC applications portfolio; but does not coordinate legal support needs of Soldiers and eligible clients. If you’re looking for legal counsel, advice, or information, please refer your requests to the following:
Claims
If you need to file a claim because your household goods were damaged in a recent move, you should first file a claim with your moving company through the Defense Personal Property System (DPS). If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim, or need other claims assistance, please contact the Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS).
Legal Assistance
For issues such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Landlord/Tenant Issues, Consumer Issues, etc., please visit our Legal Assistance Page.
Trial Defense
If you are pending some type of adverse military action, you would likely need a Trial Defense Services (TDS) attorney. Please visit the appropriate link listed under the services section depending on your type of service component.ITD SERVICE DESK TICKET
If you need assistance with a Judge Advocate General's Corps application or your LexisNexis account under the Army JAG contract, please submit a Service Desk Ticket.
Please provide the name of the application and provide a detailed description of the issue to assist the technicians in helping to resolve the problem.
