COURT-MARTIAL RESULT
On 23 September 2025, at a general court-martial convened at Fort Campbell, KY, PFC Talon L. Wild, U.S. Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his pleas, of two specifications of assault consummated by a battery and one specification of willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, in violation of Articles 128 and 90, UCMJ. The military judge granted the government's motion to dismiss without prejudice, to ripen into prejudice upon appellate review, two specifications of rape, four specifications of sexual assault, three specifications of aggravated assault, and two specifications of assault consummated by a battery, in violation of Articles 120 and 128, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be confined for 18 months and to be discharged from the service with a bad-conduct discharge. The sentence was consistent with the terms of a plea agreement.
