The JAGCNet Application Support Team assists with the JAG Corps application portfolio. We do not provide legal advice or assistance to Soldiers and eligible clients. If you require legal counsel, advice, or information, please see the resources below:
Household Goods Claims: If your household goods were damaged during a recent move, first file a claim with your moving company through the Defense Personal Property System (DPS). If you're unsatisfied with the outcome or need further assistance, contact the Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS).
Legal Assistance (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Child Custody, etc.): For issues such as wills, powers of attorney, child custody, child support, alimony, landlord/tenant issues, and consumer issues, please visit our Legal Assistance Page.
Adverse Military Actions: If you are facing potential adverse military action, you likely need a Trial Defense Services (TDS) attorney. Please find the appropriate contact information under the "Services" section, based on your service component.
