COURT-MARTIAL RESULT
On 8 January 2026, at a general court-martial convened at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Staff Sergeant George L. Singleton, U.S. Army, was convicted, contrary to his pleas, by a panel of officers with enlisted representation of two specifications of sexual harassment in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The accused was acquitted of five specifications of abusive sexual contact, one specification of sexual harassment, and one specification of prohibited activities with a trainee by a person in a position of special trust in violation of Articles 120, 134, and 93a, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be confined for 2 months, and to be discharged from the service with a bad-conduct discharge.
