COURT-MARTIAL RESULT
On 13 April 2022, at a general court-martial convened at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, CPT Christopher M. Peeples, United States Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his plea, of one specification of reckless endangerment in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be confined for 4 months. As part of an offer to plead guilty, a pretrial agreement limited confinement to 119 days.
