On 6 November 2025, at a special court-martial convened at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Sergeant First Class Daniel A. Rivera, U.S. Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his pleas, of three specifications of domestic violence, one specification of child endangerment, and two specifications of violation or failure to obey other lawful written order in violation of Articles 128b, 119b, and 92, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced SFC Rivera to be confined for 122 days. The sentence was consistent with the terms of a plea agreement.
