On 16 September 2025, at a general court-martial convened at Fort Lee, Virginia, SPC Cyril R. Stubbs, U.S. Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his pleas, of one specification of willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer in violation of Article 90, UCMJ.  The military judge adjudged no punishment.  The sentence was consistent with the terms of the plea agreement.
