On 13 November 2025, at a Special Court Martial convened at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, SPC Tanner A. Gaither, U.S. Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his plea, of one specification of drunk and reckless driving in violation of Article 113, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to 14 days of confinement. The sentence was consistent with the terms of a plea agreement.
