On 5 February 2021, at a general court-martial convened at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, CPT Christopher L. Wilkinson, United States Army, was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of attempted indecent viewing, two specifications of abusive sexual contact of a child, and one specification of indecent exposure in violation of Articles 80, 120b, and 120c, UCMJ. The accused was acquitted of one specification of indecent viewing in violation of Article 120c, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be confined for 3 years, and to be dismissed from the service.
