Other Adverse Administrative Actions

TDS counsel also provide defense legal services to Soldiers facing reduction boards, reprimands for misconduct, IG investigations, or any other administrative action initiated against the Soldier on the basis of an alleged violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the law, or Army regulations. These services may include, but are not limited to, full advocacy on behalf of the Soldier, advising on the process and courses of action, evaluating the allegations, assessing the evidence, securing documents or the testimony of witnesses, preparing and/or presenting evidence in defense, mitigation, or extenuation.
