CP-56 Competitive Professional Development – Clean Water Act 2020: Law and Regulation

The Legal Career Program (CP-56) announces a Competitive Professional Development (CPD) opportunity for centralized funding to participate in the online course, Clean Water Act 2020: Law and Regulation.  This is a two half-day virtual course that will focus on recent litigation and regulatory developments, as well as emerging issues.  The course will be held 3-4 December 2020 from 1:00-4:25 pm Eastern.  This application for centralized funding is open to civilian Army attorneys.  Deadline for application is 6 November 2020.
