The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS), Academic Department of Criminal Law (ADC) will host its first webinar on Thursday, 13 January, 2022 from 1200-1300 (Eastern) via Teams. MAJ Joseph Morman, ADC Associate Professor, will present "Discovery in Classified Information Cases."  This class will discuss how to navigate the complexities of classified information in courts-martial.  This material will benefit both prosecutors and defense counsel in understanding the various issues they will face in classified information cases.

This will be the first in a series of webinars hosted by ADC, in an effort to regularly teach or refresh legal professionals on challenging, or newly
