Third TJAGLCS Contract and Fiscal Law Webinar

The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS), Contract and Fiscal Law Department (ADK) will host its 3rd webinar on Thursday, 17 February from 1200-1300 (Eastern) via Teams. MAJ Jerome Trageser, ADK Associate Professor, will present the fundamentals and recent updates about the fiscal principle – Amount. The webinar will review the amount levels, Antideficiency Act, including its interaction with the other fiscal principles, and recent cases.

This will be the 3rd in a series of webinars hosted by ADK, in an effort to regularly teach or refresh legal professionals on some foundational principles in fiscal law. Future webinar topics include Humanitarian Assistance, Security Cooperation, and Construction Funding. Any and all personnel are welcome.
