| ALCON: All Reserve Component Soldiers in need of retirement point corrections must follow the example format given when filling a DA Form 1380. Please take note of the following information. Incorrect submissions will be returned without point corrections being made. The more timely and accurate documents needed are submitted, the more efficient the process will become.
