CPT Michael Townsend presents an engraved artillery shell to Mr. Alton Curnel on the occasion of his retirement from the Fort Sill Trial Defense Service Office on 30 January 2013.  Mr. Curnel served with distinction as a paralegal since 2007 at Fort Sill after dedicating much of his life to the service of our nation including two tours in Vietnam.  The Fort Sill OSJA and Fort Sill TDS office celebrated Mr. Curnel’s lifetime of service with many tributes, certificates of appreciation and awards, and a reception.
