The Human Resource Management Directorate (HRMD), Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army is soliciting nominations for the 75th annual Arthur S. Flemming Awards Program.

The Arthur S. Flemming Awards Program honors leaders from across the federal government, awarding deserving civilian or military employees who have made outstanding contributions to public service on either a sustained basis or through a single exceptional accomplishment achieved or completed during 2023. Nominees must have at least three (3), but no more than fifteen (15), years of service as of December 31, 2023. For civilian employees who are prior/retired military, the accomplishments being recognized will be those completed as a civilian employee.

All nominations must be submitted through the Strategic Initiatives Office mailbox for endorsement by The Judge Advocate General. Nominations must be emailed to usarmy.pentagon.hqda-otjag.mbx.jagcorps-info@army.mil, and be received by 14 November 2023.
