On October 9, 2018, Mr. Robert Neill, a senior civilian Trial Attorney in the US Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA), Contract and Fiscal Law Division (KFLD) participated on a panel of experts at the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.  Mr. Neill and his distinguished panel discussed emerging trends in handling and processing electronically stored information (ESI) during contract disputes before the various boards of contract appeals.
