Announcement of Assignment of BG Ural D. Glanville as
The Assistant Judge Advocate General, for Military Law and Operations
(Individual Mobilization Augmentee)

I am pleased to announce BG Ural D. Glanville will assume the duties of Assistant Judge Advocate General for Military Law and Operations (Individual Mobilization Augmentee). He succeeds Brigadier General Marilyn Chiafullo who was recently announced as the Chief Judge, (Individual Mobilization Augmentee), U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals.

Ural previously served as the Chief Judge, (Individual Mobilization Augmentee), U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals. Other key assignments include Commander, Rule of Law Field Force – Afghanistan; Commander, 213th Legal Support Organization, Decatur, Georgia’ Staff Judge Advocate, 335th Signal Command Theater, East Point, Georgia; Command Judge Advocate, 359th signal Brigade, Augusta, Georgia; Chief, Operational & Civil Law, 2125th Garrison Support Unit, XVIII Airborne Corps, Decatur, Georgia; and Senior Legal Opinions Officer, 213th Legal Organization, Decatur, Georgia.

Major General Thomas Ayres and I are confident Ural will continue his distinguished service to our Corps, Army and Nation. Please join us in congratulating BG Glanville and his family on his assignment.
