On 16 January 2014, the Commanding General of the Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill (FCOE), MG McDonald and the Command Sergeant Major of FCOE, CSM Morrisey, participated in a ribbon cutting to officially open the Fort Sill Tax Center.   MG McDonald offered opening remarks to the Soldiers, Volunteers, and special guests who attended the ceremony.  CPT Levin, Tax Center OIC, also offered remarks and is featured in the ribbon cutting ceremony photo with MG McDonald and CSM Morrisey (Left to Right).
