On 27 June 2019, CPT Anthony Carrillo-Filomeno (174^th Legal Operations Detachment-Puerto Rico Team) conducted an Officer Professional Development (OPD) training on building Resiliency using the Hurricane Maria Case Study to the 21^st Theater Sustainment Command (21^st TSC), Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA).  CPT Carrillo-Filomeno serves in his civilian capacity as a Policy Advisor to the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico in Washington DC and is currently mobilized supporting Team 21 in Kaiserslautern, Germany.  A great example on how the JAG Corps continues to promote the Active/Reserve Component (AC/RC) partnerships and integration.
