The 7th Emergent Topics in International and Operational Law (ETIOL) course will be held 30 October - 1 November 2018 at TJAGLCS, Charlottesville, VA. The 7th ETIOL will focus on emerging legal issues with autonomous weapons, artificial intelligence, and cyber operations. This two and a half day course is intended for experienced practitioners from across the joint force, typically field grade or equivalent civilian personnel, and will be held at the SECRET level.
