The Legal Career Program (CP-56) is soliciting applications to determine an award of centralized funds for attendance at the Harvard Program for Senior Executive Fellows (SEF). All applicants must also apply through their commands for selection to attend the course with the final selection made by HQDA G-3. Please be aware of your command’s suspense date to apply.   The Harvard Program dates for this application deadline: April 12 – May 8, 2015.  

The Harvard Program for Senior Executive Fellows (SEF) is designed to build executive skills in political and public management, providing a strategic approach to problem-solving. Participants will take on a leadership role, discovering ways to look at issues from new perspectives.  The program is a unique opportunity to strengthen managerial skills and acquire insights into managerial practice, as well as interact across agency and executive-legislative branch boundaries.

Applicants must have completed the Civilian Education System (CES) Advanced Course and be willing to sign a Continued Service Agreement.  Applicants must be attorneys in the grade of GS-14/15.  The applicants must be permanently appointed in the CP-56 Legal Career Program (to include Local Nationals) with at least three years tenure as an Army Civilian employee.
