Captain Michael Winn, Tax Center Officer in Charge, Brigadier General Maria Gervais, Deputy Commander of the U.S. Army Cadet Command and Fort Knox, and Colonel Christopher Fredrikson, the installation Staff Judge Advocate, cut the ribbon in front of the tax center during the opening ceremony on 24 January 2014.
