Colonel Keith C. Well, SJA for the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, receives the Legion of Merit award from Lieutenant General Robert L. Caslen, Jr., the USMA Superintendent.  Colonel Well will move on to become the Legal Advisor for Human Resources Command at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
