Ribbon Cutting - Center for Personnel Claims Support, Fort Knox, KY
On 5 July 2017, the Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS) opened its doors at Fort Knox, KY. The CPCS processes all CONUS-based Soldier and civilian claims for personal property losses incident to service. The new consolidated center enables Soldiers who are dissatisfied with the amount offered by a moving company to file their claims on-line and electronically submit required documents. Soldiers can obtain customer service from a CPCS claims specialist over the web, by email, or by phone.
