Gary Baumann, GS13 Attorney-Advisor at the Fort Campbell OSJA, was recently selected as the Civilian Employee of the Year, 2012, Professional Category. This was due in part to the fact that as the Installation Environmental attorney, Gary also performed duties as the Labor Counselor for the year it took to fill that position.
