Amakuru from Gabiro, Rwanda!  Military and civilian representatives from 26 countries, the UN, and the ICRC joined together for Exercise Shared Accord 2019 to promote peace, stability, and the rule of law.  Legal representatives from the United States, the Gambia, Morocco, and Rwanda attended the three week exercise focused on the MINUSCA peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic.  Pictured above is the legal team:  (L to R) Capt B.
