Mr. Coyne retired on 10 August 2018 after a 38-year career with the Department of Defense. Mr. Coyne served as an officer in the Army Judge Advocate General Corps for almost 28 years, retiring in 2008 as a Colonel and for 10 years as a DoD Civilian with AFRICOM, DLA, and OMC, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service.
