It is critical to ensure that your JAGCNet Account remains up-to-date. If you have changes your last name for whatever reason, you will have to contact Army Knowledge Online (AKO) to let them know so they can update your account with them. Once AKO has notified you that they have successfully accomplished that, please let the Information Technology Division Service Desk know so they can update your JAGCNet account accordingly. There are three different ways to contact Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and open a ticket:

1. Visit their CAC-enabled Customer Support Page at
https://aesdpro.aesd-w.army.ml/login

2. Send email from your Enterprise Email account to:
army.esd-w.support@mail.mil

If you are not able to access your Enterprise Email account, call the Army Enterprise Service Desk-Worldwide (AESD-W) for assistance.  They are open24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you.

Provide a detailed description of you issue and/or requested action.

3. Contact AESD-W at 1-866-335 2769.

You will need to provide your EDIPI number (10 digit DoD ID number on the back of your CAC). 

You will NOT be able to log into JAGCNet if you have changed your AKO. Again, please contact the ITD Service Desk at usarmy.belvoir.hqda-otjag.mbx.jagcnet-service-desk@mail.mil and provide your current and previous names along with your current AKO username. We will make the changes to your JAGCNet account to help prevent a lapse in your access.
