Administrative Enlisted Separation / Officer Elimination from the Army

Soldiers are entitled to a TDS counsel when being considered for involuntary enlisted separation or officer elimination from the Army. The characterization of an administrative separation or elimination may negatively affect veteran’s benefits, future re-enlistment in the military, or subsequent civilian employment. Therefore, it is important that Soldiers facing involuntary separation seek immediate assistance of a TDS attorney, who will expertly assist with understanding the process, evaluating the reasons for separation, assessing the evidence, securing the testimony of defense witnesses or documents, full representation at separation boards (if applicable), and appeals. All communications between a client-Soldier and the TDS office are confidential.
