The purpose of the "birth-month audit" is to fulfill the annual requirement of completing the Personnel Records Review (PRR), updating Record Briefs (ORBs/ERBs), and re-certifying DD93s, SGLIs, and BAH forms.  This will also assist Service Members in ensuring their board files are up to date and accurate.
