COL E. Edmond Bowen Jr. was retired from the United States Army in a ceremony hosted by General Michael X. Garrett, Commanding General, U.S. Army Forces Command on 4 June 2021.  He was joined by his beautiful family that included Amelia (wife), Marilyn (daughter), and Eugene (son). Also in attendance were LTG Leopoldo Quintas, MG Eugene LeBoeuf, COL Warren Wells, his Soldiers, employees, colleagues, family and friends. The ceremony concluded with a standing ovation for a job well done. Freedoms Guardian!
