The 9th Emergent Topics in International and Operational Law (ETIOL) course will be a virtual (online) course held 14-16 October 2020. The 9th ETIOL will focus on emerging legal issues with autonomous weapons/artificial intelligence, cyber operations, and underground/urban warfare. This two and a half day course is intended for experienced practitioners from across the joint force who are assigned in an operational billet, typically field grade, SNCO, or equivalent civilian personnel, and will be held at the UNCLASS level.
Due to an overwhelming response in the DL environment, below are updated application details for the Emergent Topics course. Registration is limited due to DL limitations.
