Congratulations to SSG Giovanni Mata, 95th Civil Affairs (SO) (A) Paralegal NCO who participated and WON the Best Civil Affairs Competition with his Battalion's Enhancement Team!
The Best CA Competition is a 24+ hours competition oriented to test the leadership and capabilities of teams within the Civil Affairs community. Teams were tested on their physical and mental ability with a whole team approach. The competition was a grueling event that required teams to move under load in set times across the center of the universe (Fort Bragg), conduct Warrior tasks, and operate as a team which included 10.5 miles water movement, and 30+ miles rucking.
