On September 8, 2017, COL Jeffrey Hart, Commander, 3rd Legal Operations Detachment, promoted CPT Nicole Eldredge to MAJ.  MAJ Eldredge serves on the 3rd LOD's Brockton, MA Team.  The promotion took place at the 3rd LOD's Dining Event at the Officers' Club, Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.  MG Troy Kok, Commanding General, 99th Regional Support Command, was in attendance as the Guest Speaker.  Congratulations MAJ Eldredge!  Pictured from left to right are:  MAJ Matt Milikowsky (MAJ Eldredge's husband), MAJ Nicole Eldredge, and MG Troy D.
