Congratulations to CPT Carrie Kerber of Perrysburg, OH, on her promotion.  CPT Kerber is a member of the 9^th Legal Operations Detachment, Whitehall, OH.  Her parents, Scot and Carol Stewart, from Maumee, OH, braved the wintery weather to attend the ceremony.  Her father, a retired Commander in the Coast Guard, had the honor of promoting his daughter.
