The Legal Functional Community announces a Competitive Professional Development opportunity for centralized funding to participate in the online course UnCivil Servant: Holding Employees Accountable for Performance and Conduct presented by the Federal Employment Law Training Group. This is a two, half-day course that will empower federal supervisors and legal advisors to confidently handle the challenges that come with supervising in the federal workplace. The course will provide the tools necessary to effectively address poor performance and misconduct. The online course will be held 9-10 February from 1230- 1600 Eastern. This application is open to civilian Army attorneys. Deadline for application is 28 December 2021.
