On June 2, 2016, The Under Secretary of the Army Patrick Murphy presented Mr. Mark Dupont, Special Assistant to the SJA, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), the Meritorious Rank Award (MRA) during the Presidential Rank Awards Ceremony held at the Pentagon.
