SGT Summers; Military Information Support Operations Command (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, during the USASOC (A) NCO of the Year Competition.  Just two weeks prior he competed in and won the 2012 MISOC (A) NCO of the Year competition!   This is two years consecutively for SGT Summers who won last year as a PFC.
