On 23 September 2016 at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, BG Stuart Risch, Commander, United States Army Legal Services Agency, along with a huge crowd of friends and family members gathered together to celebrate COL Mike Lacey's retirement after more than 29 years of distinguished service as an Infantry Officer, Airborne Ranger, Judge Advocate, and Ukulele Virtuoso.  COL Lacey's extraordinary performance, innovative thinking, superb legal acumen, and superior leadership resulted in a legacy of service that positively impacted countless missions, Soldiers, Civilians, and Families throughout the world, resulting in lasting contributions to the Army and our Nation.  Thank you for your Service and Godspeed COL Lacey - Live Long and Prosper!!!
