CPT Kathy Denehy, Chief of Client Services at West Point, NY, administers the Oath of Allegiance to New Cadets at the United States Military Academy. CPT Trent Kubasiak (FLEP) and Jason Bulbuk, both interns in the OSJA, observe. The West Point OSJA administered the Oath to more than 1,250 incoming Cadets on 27 June 2011, Reception Day for the Class of 2015.
