On 10 July 2012, COL(P) Ural Glanville assumed command of the Rule of Law Field Force-Afghanistan (ROLFF-A)/NATO Rule of Law Field Support Mission (NROLFSM) on Camp Phoenix, Kabul.  He is pictured accepting the guidon from GEN John Allen, USMC, ISAF Commander.
